Clean Planet Energy's ecoPlants convert hard-to-recycle plastics into ultra-low-sulfur fuels and circular naphtha. CPE's facilities reduce the dependence of fossil-based products in both transportation and the production of new plastics. CPE is currently constructing and permitting ecoPlants in locations all over the world.

Following the acquisition of Flubit.com to MonetaryUnit, the commercial services of the Flubit.com marketplace were moved into BEST (Blockchain eCommerce Solutions & Technology) - here I have continued a role as part of the Leadership Team. BEST (Blockchain eCommerce Solutions & Technology) was established in 2018 after the MonetaryUnit acquisition of Flubit.com marketplace. The purpose of this vehicle is to funnel all commercial and for-profit interests of the flubit.com marketplace and MonetaryUnit activities into a recognised legal-structure, providing shareholders with a tangible asset-backed entity to fulfil the vision of building a consumer-facing monetary-unit that consumers can easily access and use for their advantage (based on CryptoCurrencies). MISSION: To enable blockchain-powered CryptoCurrency technologies to be wildly accepted in commerce, whilst providing a user experience better than credit-card paymentsCORE PRODUCT: eCommerce Loyalty Points - powered by MonetaryUnit’s equitable and secure blockchain, launched & perfected on flubit.com, before being white-labelling to the world. Following the acquisition of the Flubit.com marketplace in June 2018, my work continued as part of the Leadership Team of BeST (see above in profile). Flubit began as a demand-driven marketplace which created cheaper prices for online shoppers on their requested items, in real-time. In 2017 Flubit evolved the proposition to offer a shopping service that displayed and sold millions of items for cheaper than Amazon. In July 2018 Flubit.com was acquired by the prominent blockchain technology group MonetaryUnit. The deal makes Flubit.com the world’s largest shopping marketplace dedicated to the acceptance of cryptocurrencies. Prior to the acquisition Flubit.com was the largest independent marketplace for online goods in the UK, supplying over 70M SKUs to shoppers. I founded Flubit in November 2010 with my co-founder Adel Louertatani. For Flubit, I am responsible for the over-arching vision & strategy of the company P&L, raising of capital (>$20m), and the launch of the SKU Cloud brand. Flubit’s team peaked at 70 employees, and maintained a gender-balanced leadership team from 2015.Some further achievements of scaling Flubit included:- Raising initial seed capital of $1M within 2 months of launching, before growing this investment to >$20m. - Starting with a core team of 5, and growing to a team of 70 at its peak.- Supporting 2,000+ UK merchants against oversees competitors, by diverting millions of sales to them. - Transacting (£)millions in orders, and consequently saving the UK public millions of £ in sales against major USA brands (Amazon and eBay)- Creating the largest independent inventory of products in the country, totalling over 70m products, updated 1.5BN times a month.- Controlling a stable conversion rate unparalleled in the eCommerce industry (20%-30%, category dependent).- Partnering with large corporates (such as Barclays Bank, The Mirror Group) to thread our technology into a wider user base with SKU Cloud.

In addition to my duties as CEO of Flubit Ltd, I also led the dedicated B2B service - SKU Cloud. SKU Cloud (a Flubit Ltd Company) operated UK’s only online product marketplace ecosystem. As part of the acquisition of Flubit.com to MonetaryUnit in June 2018 the services moved into BEST (Blockchain eCommerce Solutions & Technology) (see above).SKU Cloud was launched as a B2B service originating from Flubit’s B2C marketplace technology (BeFlubit). SKU Cloud developed solutions and APIs for destination partners (websites / apps) that provided any digital business the tools to enable engaging and revenue-driving online shopping propositions to their user-base. For retail-sellers of the Flubit.com platform, this also means they automatically reach new sales channels and audiences every time SKU Cloud go live with a new destination partner.

From commercials, corporate videos, online videos and video marketing to documentaries, events and feature films, MWS Media are an experienced, award winning video production agency based in our Greenham Airfield Studio near Newbury, Berkshire. MWS Media have the team, facilities, equipment and experience to deliver quality, effective videos for our vast range of clients. I co-founded MWS Media with two colleagues (M & W) in 2007, following a successful initial partnership term. In 2011 I exited the company. During my tenure at MWS Media, my day-to-day activities included the following roles and responsibilities: • Head of Production - Led technical and production teams in producing high-level, short turnaround, projects for use online, offline and events.• Lead Customer Facing production manager for clients including Coca Cola, BAE Systems, Nokia & Intuit. • Head of Creative Development - Led the creative team, including formulating the creative process, client presentation units and responsible for meeting client goals and additional metric requirements.• Financial Director - Responsible for all financial planning, P&L responsibility, strategy and expenditure of the company. Increased turnover by an average of 150% in sequential years with astute financial planning and commercial negotiation.

The Sweet Shop is an award winning romantic, musical, feature film starting Casualty & Emmerdale's Gemma Atkinson and Harry Potter's Matthew Lewis. In January 2010 The Sweet Shop raised initial capital to begin development. Production was completed in September 2010, with a subsequent release in 2011. As producer I was responsible for:- Leading all planning, financial and legal requirements from Development - Post Production.- Completed Post Production at 96% of available budget, on time.- Included and managed schedules, locations, team, contracts and requirements of name stars: Gemma Atkinson & Matthew Lewis.- Co-led marketing campaign to achieve a database of 65,000 interested in The Sweet Shop movie.The film was released by Louertatani Distribution.

• Winner of London Independent Film Festival 2010 - Best Horror Film

16th century period drama based on the first English colony of America. Physical copies have now sold in every state of USA as an educational tool for students wishing to gain insight into the historic event. This film launched my professional working career in both film, and (potentially more importantly) creating 'financed' projects. I utilised the earnings from working on Harry Potter movies for this production.The production had a crew of 15 and a cast of over 80 actors and extras.
