Member of the ARCADIS Digital Railway (DR) Management team in London and responsible for the strategic and operational businesses dealing with DR’s System of Systems workstream. Collaborating with MT-members for steering the current and future DR-developments within the programme. Furthermore responsible for resourcing the various projects with experts for ERTMS, TMS, HF, EMC etc. from ARCADIS, LOXIA, SME, SEC and agencies. Strengthening the international relationships between experts from the Netherlands, Denmark and United Kingdom to enhance the DR-programme.As senior advisor participating in DR’s Joined Development Group (JDG) in close corporation with a large variety of stakeholders (problem statement holders, like Network Rail Routes, subject matter experts) and JDG core team, assessing problems, supporting the creation and submission of problem statements and capability requests to be resolved by the supply chain.
