deadhorse hill is a restaurant and cafe on Worcester's Main Street. It takes its name from a steep incline on Stafford Street where early settlers' horses would collapse trying to scale the hill. Later, in the early 1900s, automobiles tested their might in a one mile race to the summit.The restaurant and cafe are located in what used to be the first floor of the 'Bay State House' hotel, which served as the headquarters for the Worcester Automobile Club, who held the Dead Horse Hill Climb from 1905-1911.

I lead a team of 7 business development professionals, engineers and project managers focused on the development, planning and execution of mechanical contracting work in the government, institutional and multifamily housing markets. Projects for our group range from energy efficiency consulting on a 20 unit affordable housing project in upstate New York to the sale and project management of an $18 million chilled water piping installation.In addition to my current position, I have also been responsible for the creation, management and growth of a consulting practice focused in development of multifamily housing including new construction, comprehensive gut-rehabs of schools and urban-infill warehouses and targeted energy efficiency improvements. Typical projects range in size for 20-100 units, 20,000-150,000 square feet, $5-$20 million.

I worked throughout college as an apprentice electrician, which dovetailed nicely with my education as an electrical engineer. My primary role was working with a team of electricians to various locations in North America to install packaging automation at manufacturing facilities, often in a shutdown and time critical environment. Additional responsibilities included Autocad design work and programming of automated logic controls.
