After the succesful implementation of the Customer Care Team, I moved to the backoffic environment, as I became head of the Central Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Antwerp. This team of 15 people handled all air and rail ticketing as well as all client invoicing for business customers in BeLux. In 2012 I played a central role in the alignment of the backoffice.

In order to ensure the increasing needs of our customers, I was asked to take the lead in the setup of a Belgian Customer Care Team.
