In addition to being a Phenolic Foam Expert and having a lot of experience with other insulation materials, I am a well orientated manager with large experience in production and project management with demonstrable commercial affinity. I am capable to achieve the company’s objectives within the agreed framework. I have good communication skills and I am an adequate interlocutor on all levels. My management style is to lead and guide my managers in such way that after a while they can work more independently and that they become more able to take good decisions. I delegate a lot, but when necessary I will work together with them to achieve the best possible result for the company. Because of LEAN the production efficiency has improved significantly. • As end responsible manager I erected a new building including equipment. I commissioned and started successfully the new production line in Tiel. The size of the project was 33 mln € and 75 000 m2.• In 2004 I erected a new warehouse in Dodewaard.
