Throughout my working life, I have specialized in Sales Engineering and Global Business Development activities for Manufacturers of state-of-the-art engineering solutions. As a passionate networker I was able to build up strong collaborative and long-lasting relationships with customers, partners and colleagues, fostering new revenue streams and sustainable business within challenging and even adverse environments. I deeply understand the sales workflow from the initial conception, including possible business and operational strategies, to the proper commercialization and marketing of it. I have mostly worked with multinational companies, therefore my communicative and intercultural skills as well as my understanding of the methodology and mindset of international-based companies are very fluid, and in accordance with my way of working. I am proud and humbled enough to say to have established happy & very efficient interdisciplinary work teams, which I consider to be a fundamental part of the success of any company. I find that empathetic leadership & mindful public relations are an essential part within this line of work, and I have always found a natural ease for it.
