The work involved management of the following areas: technical tests of new models, customization, forecasting and ordering, sales function to mobile operators, retailers and B2B, design and supervision of marketing plans, in-shop visibility, trainings, daily administrative tasks

I worked as a dedicated purchasing manager of Apple phones and Feature phones at Vodafone. My key responsibilty was to negotiate the best price and support with vendors and create the optimal portfolio mix. I was in charge of joint marketing activities. My second role was to lead terminals reporting team, I supervised the work of three colleagues. I got key role in starting and running of "Internal Collaboration" program of Vodafone Group in Hungary.

I started mobile phone business as a territorial representative and trainer. Later I became responsible for selling phones and accessories for mobile operators and retail partners. I supervised the operation of three regional representatives. I worked closely with marketing, logistics and after sales departments.
