Full Professor for Work and Organizational Psychology at Technische Universität Chemnitz (Germany). I am also the spokesperson of my University's Collaborative Research Center "Hybrid Societies" where we conduct interdisciplinary research on human interactions with embodied technologies. I have extensive research experience in the areas of the digital transformation of society, team diversity, and psychological well-being at the workplace, published in international peer-reviewed journals. I am an Associate editor of Small Group Research and Frontiers in Psychology, Section Organisational Psychology. Despite my work in academia, I am a science communicator: I have my own science TV documentary series "Agree to Disagree" on the German/French public TV channel Arte (premiere on May 24, 2023). I also host a spin-off science podcast series "People of Science", which is produced by the German public radio station Deutschlandfunk Kultur. I am also a brand ambassador for Össur Ltd., the manufacturer of my bionic arm prosthesis.In my scarce free time, I produce electronic music and DJ. You can find me on Spotify under my real name. I am a resident at the Berlin club "about:blank" where I play the lobby floor at the "DESSERT" parties.
