About Marco Bertozzi

I have always described myself as someone who has applied the same level of energy, innovation and growth to my career as an entrepreneur, but in the safe confounds of large businesses. Well now I have taken the leap and co-founded TheZoo.LondonBefore now, my career was signposted by multiple periods of taking something nascent and going on a journey to scale. Whether that be the digital revolution, programmatic transformation of our industry or the growth in Audio at Spotify. Transformation of businesses and the relevant skills and agility required to make that happen have been a big part of my career. I would describe my strength of being presented with a team or business and navigating a growth strategy for it and using leadership skills to motivate the team and take them on to the next level for themselves and the business.The combination of growth and transformation, applying right and left brain to an organisation and working with relevant stakeholders to do that is my sweet spot. Growth, sales, scaling of businesses is something that comes naturally and an ability to recognize what is needed to make that happen. My understanding of digital in all its formats across brand, display, audio, performance marketing and CRM and how they fit into what a business is aiming to do, is something I am excited to apply to my next role.
