As a Transitions Coordinator, I am responsible for insuring that YouthBuild McLean County Grads are successfully placed into post secondary education and/or jobs. I conduct classes that focus on employability skills, college readiness, and leadership development. I also provide case management and academic support to YouthBuild alumni that are pursuing academic and professional advancement.

I served as a resource and aid to first year/first generation college students. I conducted weekly check-ins and provided personal and academic support in an effort to increase retention and academic engagement among first-generation college students.

I supervised tutoring and game-time activities for the after school program.
