Since 2008 it is a private training and consulting organization with focus on green technologies and digitization. Together with partners world-wide, green projects are developed and competence centers for green technologies and digitisation are established. The focus regions are Africa, Asia, India, Middle East, South America as well as Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Methodological framework for consulting, project development and leadership programs is the IMLead® Heptathlon concept for Integrated Management & Leadership. Since 2020 the SDG GreenMLA® Green Management & Leadership Assessment is conducted in co-operation with the Steinbeis University and UNGSII Foundation. The IMLead®-concept brings together the different perspectives of green technology transfer and SDG management & leadership. Together with leading industry partners, the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg began developing a comprehensive localization concept for the entire value chain of green hydrogen production in the Global South. For this, the "Global Alliance for Sustainable Technology Transfer" was launched in 2022. The aim is to create a world leading initative for green energy, water treatment, electrolysis, direct air capture solutions, smart farming and green materials.The Export-Akademie is the key partner for the green global industry hubs for recruiting employees and conducting job integrated training and education programs. For this, the SDG Technology Transfer University is under development in co-operation with SUTM/Steinbeis University, UNGSII Foundation and UNASDG IGO. Also, Export-Akademie is a key partner of UNGSII for setting up the Kinshasa process in Africa. With this new SDG certification, the African continent can trade their pressures treasures outside of Africa and finance their own development. -

The job-integrated master study M.Sc. Sustainable Technology train experts for the entire value chain of green applications. The areas are: green hydrogen, smart manufacturing, green mobility, SDG city, smart agriculture, sustainable regional development and blue ocean. In addition, the SDG certification process of raw materials and components (Kinshasa Process) and the localisation of production sites in the Global South are supported with consulting and project management. This is accompanied by global research and development projects in cooperation with industry, research institutes and universities. The Green IMLead® Heptathlon Technology Transfer Concept and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide the framework for SUTM's activities. In collaboration with Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg and local partners, centres of excellence for SDG technology transfer and digitisation are being established in the Global South.
