International Business development and Bid management - Sales of Railway Electrification Systems - Third rail / Rigid catenary - Turnover 40 M€:- Management of 5 people;- Elaborate the sales strategy for the Product Line;- France & International business development;- Bids management and improvement deployment;- Forecasts and Budgets elaboration;- Improve the contractual reviews and negotiations;- Participate to the procurement strategy for local implantation and competitiveness;- Elaborate marketing strategy.

Bids for Warranty and Maintenance of Rolling Stock (Railway) (~120 M€/Bid):- Organisation ECM 1 to 4;- Predictive maintenance: optimization operations/spares with CBM tools (Condition Based Maintenance), FRACAS and on-board or on track with Vehicle Equipment Measurement System (VEMS) dynamic alerts;- LCC (Life Cycle Cost) and maintenance plan optimization with SLI;- Creation of the quotation model for the Area;- Standardization for offers and tools in order to get ready for French market opening.

- Management: 14 people;- P&L Management for Services activities: Refurbishment, Warranty and Maintenance of Rolling Stock (Railway);- Creation of a Moroccan railway cluster with private and public actors in order to settle a rolling stock production factory; - Support financial activities for the Signaling / ERMTS project Casablanca – Tangier ~80M€;o Manage the office for local engineering (30 people).

Full refurbishment of 14 ZMs trains ~15 M€:- Team 8 people and partner management (40 people);- Manage production and operations: *Manage production planning; *Manage stocks and spares supply; *Manage the partner teams in the workshop; *Organize Quality controls; *Organize track tests with client and engineering; *Manage HSE;- Manage warranty issues;- Manage client (ONCF - Office National des Chemins de Fer) and suppliers relationships;- Budget definition and ensure the profitability of the project (+ ROP management);- Manage interfaces between French and Moroccan teams (procurement, logistic, finances, etc).

Product: Rigid catenary and Trolleybus ropes systems- Management of 6 people;- National and International Sales development manager;- Bid manager: Elaborate full proposal (technical and commercial) and contractual negotiations;- Product manager: Manage R&D, create commercial and marketing supports;- Project manager: Technical clearance, planning management and project documents deliverable, manufacturing and delivery follow-up, quality survey, on-site installation supervision and commissioning;- Some realizations (max. 3M€): Saint Louis Eads bridge (USA), New Delhi Airport Metro Express Link (India), Seoul Bundang line (South Korea), Helsinki-Vantaa airport (Finland), Sao Paulo metro Line 4 (Brazil), Barcelona metro Line 2 (Spain), Paris workshop metro Line 2 (France) , etc;- Product manager for rail fastening systems for tramway (06/2012 – 12/2012).
