I joined as a partner RSM Rhône Alpes, part of RSM France, member of the 6th audit and accounting international network. I help foreign customers understanding French environment as well as French customers developing abroad. I have a strong wish to improve the accounting and mandatory process to provide timely decisional data to my clients. RSM delivers custom-made and multidisciplinary services: audit, tax, consulting, in SMEs and large companies, in France and abroad. I joined B2A partners to handle various missions dedicated to SMEs. This small practice, benefiting from its partners' experience in E&Y, has a strong will to develop value added missions with a highly trained staff. Available and close to its clients, it has a specific accent on pedagogy, through an home-made e-learning program and courses provided to the EM-Lyon.I developped a strong experience in ebusiness advisory, as my portfolio includes web actors in many areas (retail, services, NGOs...).

In this new job, I am consultant with two main activities. Corporate finance is the first one: LBO, OBO, LMBO, tax and legal arrangements for investments funds, assessment, buy-out and tax optimization. I also take part in investments in the renewable energies, providing back office services along with projects financing and optimization on tax and legal perspectives.

Paris

In GVA, I learnt accounting and audit basics, and achieved my training as a chartered accountant trainee (3 years). I worked for a large range of firms, whose common point was the use of english, including stationeries (Bertelsmann Group), NGOs (Médecins Du Monde, UNION, GOAL) and other retail or industrial activities.
