As R&D manager at Xenocs, my focus lies in the development of cutting-edge X-ray instrumentation for nanomaterials. Leveraging on our extensive expertise in hardware and software, we have recently designed a multimodal X-ray platform combining X-ray imaging and scattering. Ease of use and performance are our prime concerns, and we develop automated software for instrument calibration, data acquisition and analysis. My role encompasses the full spectrum of R&D, from conceptualizing prototypes to delivering market-ready products, identifying new technical opportunities and protecting them. Driven by our commitment to enhance scientific understanding, we provide our customers with the best tools to reveal the structure of their samples, and collaborate on technical projects that push the boundaries of X-ray instrumentation, evidenced by multiple publications and patents.
