About Bertrand Lee

I am a seasoned tech leader with more than 25 years of cross-functional and international (USA, HK, APAC) experience in Fortune 50 companies, SMEs, and startups. I have been in the AI space for 16 years. I have a strong background in software engineering, machine learning, cloud computing, and conversational AI, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that address real-world problems and user needs.As the Founder of BrightRaven.ai, a global bespoke & boutique software development & AI consultancy, I help our customers unleash their potential through AI. Previously, I was a Smart Nation Fellow at GovTech Singapore, where I led the conceptualization, design, delivery, and adoption of the VICA (AI chatbot) platform for 80+ government agencies and a 5.5M Singaporean user base. I was also Principal Author of the USB Video Device Class specification, a USB-IF industry standard, and developed the Microsoft USB Video Class Driver, used in webcams by billions of end-users worldwide.
