FOURNIER PHARMACEUTICALS DIVISION (€ 600 M – 500 units) – DIJON 2004-2006Supply Chain Director World wide (75 people)- Implemented global planning processes in 3 manufacturing sites: 2 in Dijon & 1 in Ireland.- Transport France: set up a new transport process.  18% of cost reduction (270K€).  Optimised the warehouse capacity: 3rd Party business.  Implemented logistics charters: deployment planned in 30 affiliates.- Managed budgets: distribution € 3.8M - transport € 2.4M - administration € 1M.

Supply Chain Director France & Export (110 people)- Set up a Sales and Planning process and Key Performance Indicators.  Improved the forecast accuracy by 13%- Set up a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) process with Carrefour  Out of stock reduced from 10% to 2%- Changed logistics Partner.  Increased customer service level from 85% to 98%.- Set up plant audits.  Delivery time reduced from 4 to 3 days.  Set up SAP by limiting specificities.- Managed budgets: purchasing € 60 M, distribution € 10.5M, co-packing € 3 M.

XPRESSITY.COM (B to B) Co-founder of a start-up specialised in urban express logistics for on-line trade - Paris- Participated in its business model and choice of sites: wine, videos, DVD, small electronics and games.- Set up a warehouse, implemented logistics software, and optimised deliveries.

Director of Operations for Eastern Europe (20 people)- Responsible for the setting up of a sales forecast process: 500 product lines / 19 countries.  Reliable forecast reduced from 25% to 10%.  Back orders decreased by 30%.  Obsolete products decreased from € 1.5 M to € 0.15 M.- Developed and implemented a statistical program allowing in real time for the monthly invoicing.  Immediate access to information (used to take 10 days).

Supply Chain Manager (10 people)- In charge of a credit management project: established an effective customer credit strategy.  A 30% drop in the number of reminder letters over a 4 month period.- Developed a new means of payment for the sales force (credit memo).- Implemented an incentive program for customer service staff - creation of a « Credit Cup ».  Improved the payment terms from 59 days to 51 days.- Tracked the sales network with invisible marking of products.  Dismantling of a parallel market (€ 450K per year).
