Driving operational excellence of large, complicated automation systems through the building of internal capability to optimize system logic​Develop applications and interfaces to provide real-time system analytics and decision support to Operations​Deploy tools and processes to optimize technical operations. ​Support the rollout and deployment of various global manufacturing and distribution automation technologies, including Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), sortation systems, and other large-scale automation projects. ​

Responsibilities include ensuring the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders out of the Automated Case Picking System and the HK operation in York, PA and exceeding customer expectations with regard to quality of delivery.Manage 40 employees (hourly and salaried), in order to support the ES3 operation 20 hours per day, 7 days per week.Create and provide the proper training and development of employees including performance reviews and goal setting. As the system operates at certain levels, strategies have to be developed for performance enhancements and cost reductions, recognizing the change of business.

Responsible for sound operation of Warehouse Technologies, over 30 servers and 200 client PC’s. Participator of design, configuration, testing & implementation of application software.Knowledge of the applied design, calibration, and monitoring requirements.Knowledge of safety, operating, maintenance, and notification practices and responsibilities required for facility performance. This position held 2 direct reports.

Responsible for efficient cost-effective operation of ES3 facilities. Respond to system operating parameter deviations that disrupt normal workflow of automated warehouse, respond to alarms, and take steps necessary to resume normal workflow.Maintain accurate log books, data sheets and other historical data relating to systems.Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.

Owned and operated used car lot, selling 5-7 mid range vehicles a week.
