As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Corbis, I had global responsibility for that company's mobile, film, consumer and rights services businesses, and had similar responsibilities as VP of Right Services at Getty Images. I also served as President of Oxford Computer Group (North America), assisting with the launch of that company's North American operations and developing an education initiative with Microsoft that led to Oxford being named Microsoft Partner of the Year in 2008. In addition to my executive management experience, I also served as General Counsel for both Corbis and ARIS Corporation, responsible for the legal aspects of those companies' merger and acquisition strategies, and ARIS's successful IPO in 1997. I have worked an attorney with law firms both in the U.S. and abroad, primarily in the realms of mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and commercial transactions.
