DNA is one of the leading telecommunications companies in Finland. The company offers connections, services and devices for homes and workplaces. DNA has about 3.6 million subscriptions in its fixed and mobile communications networks. I work as part of a Growth Marketing team, and I'm responsible for planning, producing, and developing website content across digital channels while analyzing the effectiveness and results of our strategies.● Contribution to growth sprints, employing data analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to boost conversion rates and improve the customer journey.● Successful implementation of SEO strategies, resulting in improved search engine visibility and significant organic traffic growth.● Playing a pivotal role in planning digital marketing campaigns, creating targeted landing pages, and conducting campaign performance analysis.● Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrated agility in responding to ad-hoc needs● Enhancing user engagement and reducing customer barriers by implementing AI-powered chat functionalities.

My tasks consisted of: ● Digital content production and validation of marketing materials tailored to Nissan’sautomotive products (eDM, brochures, social media, website, training materials)● Translation and distribution of press releases highlighting key features, product launched and updates of Nissan’s car models to the media● Test drive event project●Internal communications I smoothly coordinated and collaborated with different agencies, departments and business partners.

Security-Officer duties at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Working in an international airport brought me multicultural awareness. I also got courage to use different languages that I only knew a little bit - a few sentences of Japanese here and there made our work easier and most importantly brought smiles to customers' faces.

My main task was a cashier. I was a very active worker and wanted to get as much experience within the store as possible, so I reached out to other parts of the store to learn various tasks- that made working more fun for me!
