Leasing Manager
Current• Responsible for the leasing management of 11 shopping centers (1500 tenants)• Optimize the tenancy mix of shopping centers• Maximize rent rates and optimize operational expenses of tenant portfolio• Prepare detailed leasing reports (consisting of occupancy rates, rent rates, operational expenses, negotiating brands, headcounts, risk analysis, etc.)• Optimize decision making processes• Create KPIs and plans for the leasing department• Manage tenant rotations and re-development projects • Prepare detailed forecast reports of rent revenue and budget• Follow, analyze and apply both local and global trends in the retail industry • Conduct meetings with local and international brands across segments• Negotiate commercial terms and legal contracts • Maintain collaboration with the major commercial real estate agencies • Established “Tenant Evaluation Program” • Maintaining occupancy rate above the market average and profitability of company during pandemic and war periods
