Enterprise Integration Program for Eskom6. Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) Project for Liquid Telecom (Neotel)7. Various Upgrade Projects for most of the Healthcare CustomersThe Above Projects required several or all of the following:• Manage Project Milestones & Deliverable from Initiation to Project Closure Phase• Responsible for Internal and External Communication• Ensure Project Governance are adhered to• Weekly and Monthly Reporting (Customer & Internally)• Weekly Project Status Meetings (Internal and External)• Monthly Steerco Meetings (Internal and External)• Time & Financial Management• Risk Management – Risk, Issues and Concerns/Challenges• Resource Management – Demand Planning• Conduct Quality Gates as part of T-Systems’ governance

CASH; Automation of Cash Management business processes and upgrade to Internet Banking Solution.10. Hedge Accounting; SAP configuration was done as part of Hedge Accounting Module which included Exposure Management, Hedge Plans, Hedge Items & Hedge Relationship setting.11. Telkom Market Expansion Project (Into Africa); a Team mandated by the Board to enable and expand into the African Market.Above includes most if not all of the following:• Develop strategies and procedures for efficient implementation of the projects• Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of projects• Develop and maintain the “program” schedule and priorities• Develop and manage project scope, budget, resources and schedules• Conduct formal reviews at the completion of each phase• Produce and manage communication plans• Procurement and Sourcing Management• Cost & Financial management
