My responsibilities included:Field Engineering:⇛ Overseeing Junior Engineers and providing them with training in field engineering activities. ⇛ Coordinating tie-in installation with a dedicated construction team.⇛ Facilitating tie-in safety reviews.⇛ Resolving field technical queries.⇛ Punching mechanical & piping construction scope to measure progress/construction quality.Turnover Engineering: ⇛ Managing the team responsible for handover of ±6000 isometrics & ±900 instrument loops.⇛ Defining and evaluating test packs within commissioning systems for all disciplines.⇛ Using a Co-console database for tracking and managing close-out punch items.⇛ Preparing discipline completion dossiers as well as RFC documentation.ACHIEVEMENTS✔ No safety incidents during performance of over 100 tie-ins on wax systems which creates a high risk environment.✔ Successfully installed all tie-ins within down-time windows agreed with plant Operations.✔ Received 2 Certificates of Recognition for contribution and commitment shown during handover of project scope.
