In the Fall of 2017, I was involved in the core team for the contract negotiations and due diligence procedures for the different candidates who showed their interest in acquiring a majority of the shares of RSC Anderlecht. The members of the Board chose Alychlo SA as their preferred candidate, end of December 2017. Clifford Chance Brussels LLP was the firm who guided us through this process.I am responsible for: Negotiations regarding the Brussels' Eurostadium project;All UEFA & EU Affairs such as regulations, legal & disciplinary matters, match operations, licensing, labour legislation,...;Contract management;•Match organisationSince May 2017, I became also responsible for the Digital Transformation team at RSC Anderlecht, overviewing all projects leading the club's automatisation and digital touchpoint efforts, both on Sports and Operations with SAP, data analytics, mobile touchpoints, AI, deep learning,...
