With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have learned how to create sustainable opportunities in a changing market. From 2000 to 2006, I led our family business on a daily basis, growing the team from 45 to 60 employees. In 2006, I appointed an operational director to focus more on innovation and business development. In 2016, I resumed operational leadership as I recognized how both the sector and the awareness of the importance of a green living environment had evolved.We expanded our services to include inspiration sessions, co-creation workshops, design, and consulting, in addition to our traditional activities such as landscaping, maintenance, and tree care. This broader approach allowed us to meet the growing demand for sustainable and green solutions.In 2023, I decided to sell our family business to De Eijk Groep, making us part of a larger entity. This step gave me the freedom to fully focus on new challenges that align with my passion: innovation, sustainability, circularity, climate adaptation, biodiversity, and health.With SHFT, I founded a platform for cross-industry collaborations, applying methodologies and forms of co-creation that address today’s challenges. My broad experience enables me to look ahead, innovate, and work together with others to start realizing the future on a small scale today.What can you expect from me?
