Bert Visser is co-founder partner and was senior facilitator / program leader & coach with CoThinkHis primary focus was on facilitating complex issues & implementation of result-oriented skill-development programs.Central in his support is mobilising & harnessing creative & clear thinking skills of people in organizations through disciplined approach. Based on his facilitator experience he developed in 1998 the concepts of what of Event Mapping, an approach for Situation-Appraisal & Incident / Problem-management.

Bert has founded Kepner-Tregoe Netherlands in September 2000, and was Country Manager during 7,5 years.As partner of Kepner-Tregoe he was manager of the pan-European practice and practice leader of the Consumer Products practice. Bert further elaborated his ideas and concepts about approaching multi cause issues and developed "Incident Mapping" (now innovated & wellknown as CoThink-Event Mapping), based on his broad experience as facilitator (already in Rijnconsult) with investigating and solving complex issues. This concept combines best problem solving practices as Apollo, 5-Why, Six Sigma, Tripod, KT-PA for single cause problems and principles from the nuclear barrier analysis.He was leading many complex and international skill development projects as Client Relation Manager of several international clients.

Bert has worked as a senior consultant with Rijnconsult for 11 years and worked on projects including production and maintenance management, urban development, and facilities management.He was the dutch licence manager of RCKT (Rijnconsult/Kepner-Tregoe)
