Organizations that manage to be themselves are more credible and more attractive. That's how I play my part in helping organizations to become more successful. I have been able to do this for large organizations (Texels Beer/Heineken, Deloitte, USG People/RGF Staffing, Pillows Hotels, Salvation Army and ANWB) and for beautiful smaller and ambitious ones as well. I'm passionate about touching and convincing target audiences, based on knowledge about the workings of the human brain and of course a wealth of creativity, experience and various skills. In essence, it comes down to this: people make choices based on emotion. Through almost twenty years of experience and contributions to the development of the marketing profession, I have developed my expertise in the field of strategy, digital and creativity. In 2006 my ambition and drive were reflected in my own full-service and creative marketing agency: Redmatters. Why full service? Because I believe it is better for brands when (almost) all knowledge of marketing expertises is united in one agency. This ensures more consistency for brands, the expertise mutually reinforces each other and it prevents schizophrenic brands. By working with one full-service marketing agency, there is more control, which benefits the focus on the organizational goals and clarity for target audiences. As a result, better results for the clients I work for. I wrote a book in 2014 about how you can be a full-service agency in this day and age: Total Creation (in Dutch). This is because I like to share knowledge. I am not making a secret of the how and what with regard to full service, but an art it is ;)Last thing about me: I'm Dutch, living in the Netherlands. Het woorden geven aan het hart van de organisatie, marketing-ready zijn voor seizoen ‘22/‘23 en de verdere toekomst, campagnes lanceren (Better Together) en het aanjagen van projecten, zoals de Week van de Fitste Club, Winter Wonderland, Almere City Jobs, brainstorms met sponsors, Employer Branding en onboarding behoorden tot m'n activiteiten. Strategisch en creatief. En super dat Almere City FC aan het einde van dit seizoen promotie naar de Eredivisie wist te behalen voor het eerst in de clubgeschiedenis! -

En daarna doorontwikkeld tot grootste speciaalbiermerk van Nederland in 2017. Van kleine brouwerij op het eiland naar grootste speciaalbiermerk van Nederland. Verantwoordelijk voor de creatie van het merk in 2009, de lancering, de merknaam Texels en alle marketing en design. Samen met de twee eigenaren en de brouwmeester maakten we de plannen en veroverden Nederland met heerlijk bier. Texels is in 2020 overgenomen door Heineken. Een mooie bekroning! In opdracht van Heineken hebben we (Redmatters) de rebranding en campagnes verzorgd. -

Voor de marketingteams van Unique, Start People, Asa, Secretary Plus en USG Professionals. Op het vlak van marketing en organisatie. Met als doel de verschillende marketingteams van de merken beter samen te laten werken, slimmer te gaan werken (incl. kostenreductie) en meer mensen te bereiken binnen de doelgroepen. Het resultaat was een samenwerking tussen de marketingteams waarin kennis en resources (inkoop) gedeeld werden, een reductie in de kosten en een koers als fundament voor de marketingafdelingen. Deze koers heeft uiteindelijk geresulteerd in één divers en centraal marketingteam binnen USG People voor alle merken. -
