I designed digital SaaS products to allow large companies to manage their industrial IoT infrastructure. I achieved this by working collaboratively with product owners, developers, and other designers from all over the globe. My responsibilities• Create the UX and UI Design of desktop and mobile SaaS products.• Specify key design targets (e.g. Experience Outcomes, Jobs-to-be-done).• Map the product experience through Journey Maps, User flows, Screen Flows.• Design the UI starting from low fidelity wireframes to pixel perfect final design.• Produce prototypes to communicate designs to development and management stakeholders.• Validate design concepts through user testing.• Working within an agile framework.• Work with engineers, architects, and product owners located around the globe.Achievements• Designed the next-generation interface (“HALO”) for one of Honeywell's leading products, and was presented at the annual customer expo (Honeywell VTECH 2020). • Delivered the design for a product (“Thermal IQ Optimize”) which won an industry award (Commercial Comfort Product of the Year Award 2020).

I worked on a multinational team to develop a new camera system for sports broadcasting. Collaborated with fellow designers, engineers and architects to design the digital and physical UX elements of the camera system. We achieved our goal as the system was deployed during the 2019 Rugby World Cup in JapanMy Responsibilities• Design the digital and physical UX for consumer and commercial Canon products.• Coordinate and conduct user research.• Work collaboratively with researchers, engineers, and product owners locally and abroad.• Lean UX design process• Negotiate the project scope with key stakeholders.• Decide on and roadmap UX improvements based on UX research• Oversee the creation and assessment of intellectual property within the team. Designed new product experiences for Canon’s line of consumer, commercial, and medical products. By designing new experiences and developing proof of concepts we create new experiences using augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), projection mapping, and gesture interaction.My Responsibilities• Support senior designers and engineers in visualising new product experiences. • Simulate and visualise new experiences through video and VFX techniques. • Identify new interaction opportunities related to technologies being developed.• Expand the business value of existing products and technologies. • Visualise and communicate design concepts to stakeholders where English is not the primary language.Achievements• Presented directly to the Canon chairman multiple times during internal Canon design exhibitions.• Delivered dozens of new product experience over 4 years.• Filed multiple UX related patents associated to new product experiences.
