I am an accomplished Business and Technology leader with other 18 years experience in both corporate and consulting environments with some of the worlds largest organisations. A highly motivated and outcome focussed individual, I specialise in running large scale transformation business improvement programs (workflow design supported by technology) and strategy development based on a strong governance foundation. I have extensive experience working globally (primarily in Singapore, Australia and the USA) across multiple industries, with diverse global and virtual teams. My approach to success centres around creating a vision, then collaborating with stakeholders (sometimes conflicting) to make this a reality by learning, leading, negotiating, and delivering results across all facets of my work.
