- Support in implementation of HR policies and Procedures-Coordinating the recruitment cycle- Maintaining personnel files while ensuring they are up to date- Track the employment status of all staff- Effective and efficient staff leave management- Providing input in developing, managing and monitoring HR budgets- Timely preparation and submission of payroll inputs and following up with the payroll admin to ensure that employee related reports are in line with the legal and statutory regulations- Act as a point of contact for employees and supporting management and or supervisors with employee issues- Support staff performance appraisals in partnership with respective supervisors- Providing general support to the HR and Admin department and participating in ad-hoc HR projects as and when needed- Maintain proper filing system for all HR related functions
