Currentim working very close with the younger generation training them to be ready to meet the markert requirement in the Technical field... pattern making...on live body fitting and cross fitting... sewing of bras and fashion panties and swimwear.. have a clear under standing of the garment construction before fitting garments on body to pattern..meet all customer requirements,.understanding of mechanical e.g. such as machine setting and folders that will reduce cost cutting...clear understanding on why patterns need to change when fabric / trims are changed from rigid to stretched...walking alone side them throughout the entire process... as lingerie is a great passion of mine...which become more and more challenging in the markert place today... to enrich the younger generation of knowlegde of yester year. and be challenged by them of how the world out there see Technical know how...to be and have great Technical understanding on fitting and garment construction you must be able to do the the practical side of it yourself otherwise you words is just a air bubble and cost to your company.
