CurrentROLE - Collaborate with operational and support functions across the 10 PET Europe jurisdictions in an innovative domain of the Healthcare Sector. - This role implies to understand and help the business by interlinking both legal and business perspective in a proactive and practical way.- Based in Paris – Champs Elysées area KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Drafting and negotiation of agreements (mainly in English), such as confidentiality contracts, commercial contracts, co-development contracts, licensing contracts, distribution contracts, purchases of all kinds (equipment, raw materials, services),- Legal support in the integration of acquisitions, - Legal support in the context of development projects (R&D and/or commercial partnerships, reorganization of activities, etc.), - Support on compliance issues (competition law, economic sanctions, corruption prevention, interactions with Healthcare professionals, GDPR/Privacy): deployment of Group policies and specific advice in relation to situations encountered by the BU's activities on these subjects, - Monitoring of disputes (pre-litigation and litigation),- Data Room creation and organization - Process improvement including: • development of best practices guidelines and templates that comply with company policies and local laws, • analyze and interpret law, rulings and regulations that affect company and recommend changes accordingly, • provide internal training on relevant legal issues, ABOUT CURIUMCurium is the global leader in radiopharmaceuticals, backed by Private Equity and headquartered between London and Paris.
