CurrentManage a grassroots art collective based in Oakland with expanded membership in NOLA, SD, LA, SF, Berkeley, NYC, & ATX. Le Vanguard arts collective consists of artists, musicians, writers, and producers. Together we aim to represent the underrepresented, namely PoC, Queer, & women. -Artist Management (A&R): support artists w/ booking shows/gigs (music/art); coordinate show logistics for artists; send music videos + files to relevant press + publications; help artists negotiate pay; create invoices for artists; manage contracts for artists; produce photo shoots and music videos for artists; creative direction; music rollout-Event Production: create & execute new concepts for unique events; coordinate with various (often outlandish) venues to hold events; negotiate rental costs; hire production staff including security, door & bar staff, video/camera; produce various events of all sizes (20-30 pax to 800 pax) ranging from music to art to fashion; Oversee production; Book talent; Stage management; provide AV Equipment rental and use; comfortable creating events from scratch-PR: Gather content to send as previews to publications (East Bay Express, SF Moma Open Space, SD Voyager, local blogs ie. Thizzler, Youthful Kinfolk), etc. Serve as spokesperson for interviews. Help other artists secure interviews to promote their work.-Marketing/Branding: Created brand identity. Create most marketing assets for events produced. Utilize street team as well as social media strategy to market events/campaigns.-Notable:2019 published our 2nd collective book, toured int'l + in US. 2018 first major corporate gigs incl. Red Bull Music & Apple.2017 produced 1 major fashion/music/art fair in West Oakland (pax 400), a music/art/craft fair block party in West Berkeley (pax 600), and published+toured an 85 pg book of our collective art. 2016 produced 1 live event (music/art) per month in major cities: SF, Oakland, Berkeley, SD, NYC.
