- Head of property for WDH assets across the Asia Pacific region responsible for all property related matters. - End to end property management of over 500 retail, commercial and industrial premises across numerous brands.- Strategic business plan development for the property portfolio which includes systems, policies and procedures and network planning criteria and evaluation- The design, implementation, roll out and project management of a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) through Salesforce.com platform. The CRM system enables a live and interactive 24/7 database to manage the Asia Pacific & USA portfolio of properties- Establishment of a preferred suppliers panel covering property & facilities maintenance, fit-out project management and signage - Head of strategic procurement across all business units including IT, Finance, HR, Property, and Marketing across ANZ- Establishment of the procurement function from identification of savings opportunities to development of policies and procedures and the implementation of technology software to provide greater tender efficiency- Development of all standard procurement documentation covering varying jurisdictions which include Australia & New Zealand- Establishment of preferred supplier panels across varying business units - Property budget control of over $12 million which is inclusive of both OPEX and CAPEX related expenditure items

End to end project management of over 1500 properties with an asset value of over $2 billion, including but not limited to the property development, management, leasing, acquisition and disposal of assets which include office space, retail outlets, service stations, depots, terminals and surplus freehold property.

Act as a consultant for Telstra Corporation on mobile telecommunication greenfield and upgrade sites. This included an extensive contribution towards Project Jersey which was the largest 3G rollout in Australia’s Mobile Telecommunications Sector. - Project Management of varying disciplines such as design, town planning, engineering, legal and both private and public landlords. This included extensive contribution towards finalising master lease and licence agreements between Telstra and companies such Energy Australia and the RTA. - Acquiring rights and conducting financial feasibilities on new ‘macro’ sites, micro and temporary sites where appropriate and obtaining rights to upgrade existing sites as instructed by the client. This entailed over 250 sites across NSW on Project Jersey alone with a capitalisation of deals in excess of $15 million and a capital budget of over $50 million.- Agree and progress fit out, lease and licence documentation for retail shop acquisitions constantly updating and liaising with Landlords and Agents, throughout the entire works.
