Regular report to the board and other operational leaders. -Primarily responsible for the management of investor relationships for Dorado Property including developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth investors and financial institutions across the country and for both existing and prospective investors.-Raising funds for our first mortgage product by utilising existing contacts and connections with high-net-worth investors, family offices and wealth management, whilst growing new relationships.-Managing capital raises for specific projects and the established first mortgage fund; which will include working with directors and deal staff to review and refine investment summary documents and investor outreach emails.-Ensuring that the potential investor database is maintained with all contact points.-Having a strategy for and undertaking regular contact with both existing and prospective investors.-Working with Dorado admin staff to facilitate the onboarding of new Lending investors.-Work with directors, our manager of marketing and communications with respect to investor communication strategies, branding and marketing plans.-Regularly network and represent Dorado Property with the highest professionalism and integrity.-Improving the back-of-house integration with Wealth Manager systems.-Promoting the first mortgage fund product.
