A 12 years experienced engineer in the automotive field - Electric Vehicles and Diesel Systems (CATL L2: EV Battery System Qualified Technical Skills. CDT: Mercedes Benz Certified Diagnosis Technician). Leading a team of promising well oriented engineers and technicians to help boost the After Sales business in the largest commercial vehicles enterprise in the Middle East, technically supporting MCV Workshops engineers and technicians, actively engaging with AS Marketing, Service Contracts, Warranty and Sales teams.I've started my career (and still) working in the service and maintenance field of commercial vehicles and equipment. 1. For 3 years (Starting October 2009) I've worked as a maintenance "engineer" carrying out service and maintenance works for Heavy equipment and construction machinery (Caterpillar and Komatsu Loaders, Dozers, Dump trucks, etc.,..) in a company working in the field of quarrying and contracting works "AKG". 2. In 2012 I joined MCV (General Agent of Mercedes Benz Commercial Vehicles in Egypt). I started there working as a Service Engineer "Workshop team leader" responsible for the Buses and Coaches Section where I was mainly responsible for leading a team of technicians performing the daily maintenance and repair works over Mercedes Benz buses visiting the workshop. 3. In October 2014 I joined the Technical Support and Training team whose goal now is to serve as the core technical support hub for MCV and managing the technical training programs for the after sales team of technicians and engineers within the organization as well as MCV customers.4. During the period of Nov - May 2022, I have been selected to be temporarily appointed as the Maintenance Director of Gobus Egypt (MCV Business Partner), I was responsible for managing the whole maintenance and repair operation of Gobus Egypt fleet of buses and coaches. 5. In November 2021 - present, I have been appointed to work as After Sales Project Manager of EV buses ahead of MCV launching the first Electric bus model range in the region, MCV Electric buses were operated during COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh (Nov 2022). I am responsible for the preparation of MCV EV workshops, hiring & leading EV technical staff and managing the repair process according to the standard and safety procedures of EV High Voltage systems.
