Work Experience From 20-10-2012to - 30-3-2015: field mechanical engineer at POYRY in shoaiba ll CCPP (SAUDI ELECTICITY COMPANY). Responsible for the Mechanical over-all Plant Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 10 X 80 MW simple cycle Gas Turbine Generators of SIEMEINS MAKE (STGT6- 2000E), 2 UNITS STEAM TURBINE SIEMENS and 10HRSG along the BOP with its accessories for water Treatment Plant, Cooling water System, Water Pump-House, closed cooling water system, Demineralization water plant,, and Diesel Fuel tank Yard as well Crude Oil Storage Tank Yard with capacity of 75,000 M 3. The plant composed of Balance of plant equipment such as Air compressors (service air & instrument air), Crude Oil Treatment Plant, and Water conversion from sea water to useful cooling water for power plant supplied.Job Description:• Supervision & control of construction works in respect of drawing, design and work schedule (gas turbine – steam turbine -HRSG, boiler and auxiliaries).• Review all the P&ID’s drawing for proper inspection as requested by the EPC QA/QC discipline.• Attended all the RFI –Request for Inspection raised by the contractors for all mechanical works.• Prepare the punch list that is not compliance from the SEC PTS requirements.• Attended/witnesses all the test and commissioning activities as per RFI issued.• Prepare and submit reports to my Lead Engineer if found unacceptable that are inspected for EPC action.• Coordinate with EPC discipline to resolve some of the pending issues.• Inspected/Witnessed the hydro test/commissioning of all mechanical works as required.• Submit technical reports to my Lead Engineer at least in daily basis for every rejected RFI issues along with photos.• Coordinate with my colleague for everyday outcome of our observation/inspection for proper work planning schedule to be carried out. :

PROJECT: YANBU POWER AND DESALINATION PLANT – PHASE3. [Power plant 620MWX5 UNIT – 3,100MW] -- 550,000m³ / day or 121 million imperial Gallons per day (MIGD) of desalinated water, which will be enough to meet the daily water requirements of approximately 1.8 million people. Responsibility includes the following activities: 1.Supervising the construction of Gas Turbines, Approval of all installation work protocols, witnessing & supervising the commissioning and operation activities and participate in performance test evolution and approval.. 2Coordinating with Gas turbine and Water Treatment Plant contractors to implement the contract specifications and requirements and to ensure that the contractors are working to meet Project Mile - stone deadlines. 3.Assuring that the contractors are working to the latest revisions of drawings, providing Technical assistance to the construction supervision engineers to ensure that all mechanical equipments are installed according to the approved codes and standards, inspection and reviewing the supplied materials and approving the material receiving reports. From 25/10/2006 to 1/12/2011 - Saudi Electricity Company (southern operating area : Generation Technical Support ( Generation projects execution division (extension of Sharourah Power Plant by 51 MW Gas Turbine Generation Units 1, 2 & 3)-----Quality & Performance Section). From 1/6/2004 to 5/9/2006 - Supervision Engineer for PGESCO – Power Generation and Engineering Services Company and it is the branch of Bechtel Overseas Corporation in Egypt & supported by Bechtel staff. Description of the work : Site Engineer of Nubaria Combined Cycle Power Plant, The Plant Comprising of 2 modules, each containing two Gas Turbine Generators of 250MW each manufactured by M/s. Siemens (Germany), two Heat Recovery Steam Generators manufactured by M/s. ALSTOM (France), one 250MW Condensate Steam Turbine manufactured by M/s. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan. The plant includes Balance of plant equipment such as Circulating Water Pump-House, Service water, closed cooling water pump House, Air compressors and Water Treatment facilities.
