* Coordinates all development efforts on behalf of the organization, including soliciting and stewarding individual and corporate donations, managing fundraising events, including the annual Spayghetti & No Balls benefit, sources, grant writes, and reports on foundation grant funding, manages monthly donation program and more. * Coordinates, implements, and manages all marketing and advertising efforts on behalf of the organization. Develops organization's brand. * Works to involve Spay Illinois in new community outreach efforts, to improve animal welfare in Illinois, by disseminating information regarding our programs and philosophies. Responsible for internal communication among Spay Illinois staff. Coordinates staff excursions and professional development opportunities.

Assist in researching and preparing federal and foundational grants to support ICAH’s mission to transform public consciousness and increase the capacity of family, school, and healthcare systems to support the sexual health, rights, and identities of youth. Also, contribute to reporting procedures for previously secured funding.Organize a variety of fundraisers to support ICAH’s youth-led community programs. These include social events, run/walk events, game nights, and more. Work closely with ICAH Board of Directors to develop fundraising plans. Act as key contact to individual donors. Oversee ICAH mailings, appeals, and gift acgknowledgements throughout the year. Develop and maintain ICAH’s current grant-seeking database and individual donor database. (TheDataBank)  Prepare and execute annual appeals and other strategic donor engagement activities. Act as executive assistant and oversee all administrative tasks including scheduling maintenance, grants calendar maintenance, volunteer outreach, intern outreach, and so much more.  Track and analyze all merchandise sales occurring at ICAH. Encourage a relationship between ICAH and our customers.

 Helped raise over 60,000 dollars via federal and foundational grants to support Perry Center Inc.’s mission to eradicate poverty, its causes and consequences, throughout the North Capitol district of Washington, D.C. Sought and secured new fundraising opportunities for Perry Center Inc.’s Youth Development and Economic Empowerment departments through inclusion in the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan area’s Deals for Deeds program, and assisted in the direction of Perry Center Inc.’s annual “Beer for Backpacks” fundraiser, among other things. Designed a variety of Perry Center Inc.’s communication's materials. Developed and maintained Social Media and Web related aspects of Perry Center, Inc.

 Participated in direct service to benefit the north capitol community of Washington, D.C. Service included participation in LFFP's various Peace Camps Responsible for the successful re-design, illustration, and translation of LFFP's textbook from English to Spanish to allow LFFP's camp to expand to operate in El Salvador.
