I have worked within 3 great stores being Stafford Town centre, Stafford Queens Retail Park and Birmingham Colmore Row across my three years with Costa Coffee.The Barista role consisted of being an enthusiastic team player with an adaptable approach, proactive with a will do attitude, a good communicator, committed to exceeding customers expectations.The responsibilities included a variety of tasks from serving customers, making great coffee - with speed and precision, while bringing your own creativity to every cup, to ensuring a consistent supply of equipment and products in store.

As a member of the showroom team at Wren Kitchens I had to be confident, friendly and eager.Customer satisfaction was a priority, presenting the product range to the customers was an enjoyment for me with a rewarding commission if the customer went on to buy the kitchen.Being a Lead Taker meant that I was the first point of contact for customers and therefore confident in approaching people.My main roles were to introduce customers to Wren's fantastic kitchen displays and guide them to finding their dream kitchen using my product knowledge from my training and excellent communication skills.The ultimate goal was to make a positive impression to lead the customer into meeting Wren's Kitchen Designers to complete their purchase of a kitchen.
