In this position, I assisted patrons with technological questions, printing/scanning/copying, locating books within the library and within our online resources, and any other questions they might have. I worked with patrons to help them with any problems they might have and ensure they have the skills to do it on their own the next time.

In this position, I checked in/discharged patients, updated patient charts, retrieved prescriptions, and invoiced for clients. Along with that, I also scheduled appointments while noting established procedures (10–20 daily.) I resolved incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages by scheduling appointments, answering questions, booking boarding reservations, transferring calls to the medical staff, as well as other requests.

In this position, I resolved 300+ weekly customer inquiries via phone and email by scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, providing rate quotes, and answering a variety of other customer inquiries. I worked alongside coworkers on managed accounts by handling Bill ofLadings and other documents to schedule shipments.

In this position I create and edit schedules for the 12 interns that are in the department, coordinate with the advisors and mentors at each intern’s school to ensure that they get the most out of the internship and reach their needed hours, assist them with any questions they have about the company, department and their responsibilities, and manage them during their office hours and assign them tasks. Along with managing the interns, I work with all of our food truck vendors when it comes to scheduling them for events, receiving payments and important documents, and communicating with them on the day of the events.

In this position, I was assisting the Special Events Manager and Special Events Coordinator with their day-to-day operations at events including setting up in-events operations, and teardown. I was consistently Interacting with attendees in a friendly manner and answering any questions they may have as well as working in the office and assisting with planning and organizing of events and other administrative tasks.
