Conducted behavioral profile studies of executive and frontline employees to improve inclusive recruitment and hiring, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, and retention outcomes.In partnership with the HRIS team, IT, HR Business Partners, and local HR leads, designed, built, and instructed over 90 employees on the use of a people analytics dashboard (PowerBI) to monitor progress towards diversity and retention goals.

Architected and built a dynamic system of record in SharePoint with IT to accelerate data collection and streamline communication between 150+ users in the planning and execution of a national conference (270 events, 1,300 participants); increased operational efficiency by 20%. Led content curation strategy to promote continuous learning; researched, integrated, and delivered internal and external learning assets aligned to business/people needs. Recruited and coached employees on content creation (i.e., blog, podcast, guides) related to their expertise and passion.Established systems and processes to evaluate learning programs, curriculum, on-demand content, and instructional design services. Organized and facilitated meetings to turn insights to action.Managed partnership with Harvard University’s Program in Education, After-school, and Resiliency certifying 90 Program Managers in youth development. Coached and mentored 80+ student organization leaders to effectively recruit, engage, manage, and motivate their members; counseled them in the planning of mission-aligned programs compliant with university policies and procedures.Organized workshops, recognition events, and created/curated content to strengthen advising/mentorship capabilities and deepen commitment of 60+ faculty/staff advisors. Oversaw annual registration process for 70+ student organization as well as the revision, publication, and trainings for policies and procedures outlined in the Student Activities Resource Manual.
