I'm excited to be leading a 20+ person Client Services team within the Philadelphia office of 160over90 and manage the overall agency relationship across a portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted link between senior-level clients and the agency. A partner to creative leadership, I work with my team to serving as “mission control” in overseeing and running books of business—driving high-level conversations and strategies, both internally and externally, while identifying ways to grow the business.Bringing value to our clients happens every day by analyzing, solving and selling-through viable, integrated solutions to client problems. Responsible for driving results both internally and externally for clients, acting as primary liaison and chief project manager for a variety of clients. Supervises the development of creative and media strategies, plans and programs. Develops and presents project proposals, marketing plans, advertising and promotional programs. Guides budget allocations and leads overall client initiatives and recommendations. Responsible for account profitability including efficient and effective agency resource allocation.

Oversees all day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of my client including collaboration with the account team to develop strategies and objectives for individual projects, coordinates the execution of all projects, and is responsible for ensuring that agency deliverables adhere to client objectives and brand standards, meets client deadlines, and achieves agency quality standards.• Industry experience includes Financial Services, Higher Education, Restaurants and Consumer Brands• Expanded my responsibilities to include account planning for a multi-division client, managing budget allocation, mediaplanning and creative execution
