Since 2022, I've focused on the 'Discover' product, engaging consumers to explore diverse offerings and enjoy shopping on the bol.-app and website. In the Shopping Platform innovation department since 2017, I lead UX efforts, enhancing the mobile-first checkout for Dutch and Belgian users, aiming to #SettingTheNewStandard. From 2015-2017, I led a UX team optimizing bol.com's checkout and more. As an Interaction Designer, I've shaped various bol.com components since 2013, including responsive design. Since pioneering as the first interaction designer in 2006, I've contributed to key website elements, winning the Usability Award in 2010 for our successful approach in Scrum.
