My primary focus when I joined INVEST was to assist with establishing an independent channel and then recruit to it. Since then, the independent channel has grown to become the largest of the two channels. My focus continues to be on recruiting Registered Representatives and OSJs to our independent channel. In addition, I assist our existing OSJs interested in growing their producer groups with creating and identifying their value proposition, lead generation campaigns, marketing and recruiting strategies and their overall recruiting efforts.
