-Responsible of the operations of Wretch, referring to the management of user-generated content (UGC), the content curation, content editing, blogger relationship management, membership management, platform management, public relationship management, marketing campaign, social events, and supporting sales for marketing tie-in.- Accountable for the management and operations of comprehensive social marketing of Yahoo! Taiwan; including the community development and social engagement.- Lecturing on community management at the office of President of Taiwan, Business Next (數位時代), Youth Career Development Association (青創總會), and for local governments, the students and faculty of universities.

-Established and maintained sustainable relationship with sellers to ensure the merchandising operations achieved business goals. -Provided and delivered professional consultancy in business development, stimulating merchandise sales, maximizing revenue, customer relationship management and training courses for the novices in order to assist merchants to intensify business relationship with consumers.

- Responsible for the overall marketing activities of books.com.tw, which comprise the collaboration and organization of country-wide marketing events or campaigns, such as the opening night concert of its music channels held at National Concert Hall, co-marketing with 7﹣11 for the online advertising campaign, and the 10 best books of 2001 for books.com.tw. - Participated and supervised the team for the collaboration and alliance with prominent portals, Yahoo!, PC home, and MSN, on the huge marketing projects with satisfactory results, to accomplish its corporate objective of being No. 1 internet bookstore in Taiwan.
