Conceived and implementing a sales strategy for a large medical and recreational cannabis production and processing facility in Michigan. Working on all aspects from packaging design to pricing scheme. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and strategic partners.

For ten years I have continuously managed a series of large cultivation centers, totalling tens of thousands of plants from seed to sale. I have been directly involved in every facet from room design and construction to pest management to trimming, managing the curing process, processing waste into BHO and Bubble hash, and finally selling the finished products to dispensaries. I have leveraged the connections I have in the industry to broker meds for dozens of other caregivers during this time.

I oversaw day-to-day operations as part of the award-winning team at Green Planet. I specifically focused on new products, customer experience, and training.

Co-founded Deliverclones.com and directed the propagation and delivery of thousands of clones from dozens of mothers.

I established SOP and oversaw all facets of a large retail, cultivation, and processing operation from inception until sale of business.

Co-founded Michigan's premier medical marijuana facility.

I was the first and only budtender at the first dispensary in the state. I designed the POS system and process, consulted on inventory and intake, and ran the main retail area.
