CurrentManage the user’s schedule, agenda, appointment, to-do list, reminder, and follow-up meeting. Prepare the internal meeting requirements & data and document the meeting minutes with the action items. Assist sales activity including legal sales documentation, MoU, NDA, and any agreement required. Update the documents and files in the respective folders and directories. Manage the sales expenses and business travel itinerary. Conduct high-level research about the relevant initiatives required by Directors.Provide support service on the assigned projects. Brainstorm the possible process improvement in the working environment. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly report required. Assist the Directors on miscellaneous tasks
