• Build formal and informal customer relationships at project level by engaging them regularly and be the SPOC to customer on all project related activities, provide regular reports, value articulation, managing expectations, participate in client visits in order to create customer satisfaction• Align across the SLMS organization on the project management processes within an Agile framework• Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile project management• Coach the team in Agile best practices, processes, and mindset; plan, lead and facilitate agile team ceremonies• Coordinate with other teams who share dependencies to achieve solution delivery according to customer expectations; includes partnering with Ops, Security, Training and other BU’s• Provide inputs on delivery aspects in the contract in order to limit financial risk. Facilitate requirements gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation, ensure traceability, signoff by all stakeholders and own the change management to scope in order to define the project requirement both functional and non-functional.• Lead estimation activities considering org/unit goals, review the estimates and communicate to all stakeholders in order to plan for required budget and resources to successfully execute the project• Preparing resource plan and liaison with required groups in order to fulfill project resource requirement. Prepare detailed project schedule, baseline, manage all changes in order to ensure on time delivery of the project• Identify quality goals & processes, comply with internal quality mandates, plan for training the team and prepare comprehensive quality plan in order to ensure high quality delivery• Creating risk management plan and identifying all risks and mitigation plan that covers all aspects of the project.
