Beth leads the creation and strategy for a comprehensive Client Advocacy program for RRD. As a critical member of the corporate marketing leadership team, this position harnesses the power of 25,000 RRD clients, enabling the company to strengthen client relationships and go beyond day-to-day transactions. This is a highly collaborative role that actively solicits feedback and ensures program value.

Beth leads a talented team of 200+ Key Account Managers and professional client care account associates across the US for RRD's top enterprise clients. Beth is accountable for the delivery of excellent client care through a deep knowledge of our clients business objectives. Financial responsibilities include ownership of the corresponding expense budget as well as positioning her team to identify revenue growth opportunities realized by RRD's Sales community.Beth plays a critical role in sales enablement, supporting Business Development in creating selling strategies for new enterprise customer opportunities. Beth joins Sales in the preparation and delivery of the sales pitch adding depth to the value proposition, increasing the potential to close big deals.Beth's passion lies in mentorship, as such she is an active executive sponsor and board member of RRD's Global Women's Business Resource Group, leading events with internal and external RRD partners. Beth is a mentor for RRD's associate development program. Additionally, Beth is an executive sponsor of RRD's Client Services Inclusion Council.

Beth leads field service support for Enterprise customer programs including Global Print Management, overseeing the relationship between customers and RR Donnelley, developing customer service support structure and strategic customer solutions. Beth develops plans and strategies to build an end to end customer service support solution to include field staff in conjunction with centralized Hub and offshore customer service. Beth’s staff of 100+ consists of a 5 person management team, Navigators, Field CSRs/On Sites, Sales Professionals and Print Procurement Specialists.Beth is actively engaged in defining and carrying out goals and objectives in alignment with executive strategy along with establishing success criteria metrics to monitor and measure performance.

Beth held the position of Director, Integrated Sourcing Solutions responsible for the operation of the St. Charles, IL; Monroe, WI and Angola, IN Sourcing Centers with additional oversight of the Lewisville, TX and Atlanta, GA Sourcing centers. In addition, Beth had direct management responsibilities for a Global Print Management program. Beth played a major role in high level projects and initiatives including Project Gold.

For the seven years prior to the ISS Director position, Beth held the position of Senior Manager - Monroe Integrated Sourcing Solutions. In this role, Beth lead the MonroeSourcing operations as well as active involvement in division wide projects and objectives.
