Restaurant Manager
CurrentI oversee all operations of the restaurant , scheduling , payroll, ordering of supplies, I make sure that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently . I oversee 50 employees also in charge of training and time management. I also make sure we are up to code and following all health inspection requirements. I have 25 years of property management experience where I was in charge of the day to day operations, reports , phone calls, selling merchandise, upgrading current clients to larger units , also made all deposits and made sure the other properties managers were following protocol as well.
