● Oversee school with student enrollment of 450 and total staff of 60 including teachers, para-professionals, and support staff.● Develop and train staff to utilize data analysis to effectively plan instruction for student achievement leading to 90% of students demonstrating growth on yearly standardized testing. ● Create and grew a positive workplace culture through team-building, modeling, encouraging positive thinking, fostering creativity with less than 2% turnover of staff yearly.● Generate, manage and review master instructional schedules, cafeteria schedule, testing schedules, building use, special education and student support meeting schedules to ensure effective school functioning. ● Launch, maintain and expand family school partnerships including mental health partnerships, social emotional programs to support families needs, community meals, school wide behavior, planning and hosting family events.● Implement new one to one technology pilot program to assign laptops to each student and move to cloud based technology system.● Prepare and teach Youth and Adult Mental Health courses.
